• Please allow 48 hours prior to your appointment if need to make any changes and/or any cancellations.

• Appointments not confirmed 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, you will be will be charged a 100% service price. If you have a scheduled series you will loose a session from your package.

• Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a 100% service price. If you have a scheduled series you will loose a session from your package.

• Non-confirmed appointments, No-show appointments, or cancelled appointments the day of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full service price. If you have a scheduled series you will loose a session from your package.

• Client's 10 minutes late will have to reschedule their appointment and there will be a service fee charge. If you have a scheduled series you will loose a session from your package. Please understand that time was reserved for you and it extremely difficult to fill that time slot with little notice.

• Repeated cancellations, rescheduled appointments, and/or no-shows appointments will require 50% pre-payment fee before scheduling appointment.

• I understand that accidents happen,people get sick,and/or emergencies occur. I will do my best to accommodate these rare occasions with grace.Please understand that time was reserved for you and it extremely difficult to fill that time slot with little notice. • When booking your appointment online, If you do not receive a confirmation text and email within 5 minutes of booking the appointment, please contact me at (201)921-0135 to prevent appointment confusion, no show fee or last minute cancellation charge of your facial appointment.

• *****Please remember when you are scheduled for an appointment at Skin Confidence By Kathy make sure you have not been treated with Botox/and or Facial fillers, 14 days prior for Botox and 21 days for Facial Fillers. Please make sure you also coordinate your facial appointment and your injection appointment to avoid having to cancel your appointment with us. If you cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment and/or come in and you have had any of these cosmetic treatments done within the time frame stated above, I will not be able to treat your skin.There will be a 100% service fee charge and I will need to reschedule your appointment.

• Please remember if you are using Retinol, Tretinoin, Retin A, Tasarac, Benzoyl Peroxide, AHA"s, BHA"s or any RX topical stop using product 5 days prior to your scheduled appointment time.

• *****Please alert your esthetician of any allergies or medical conditions that may require special attention. A contraindication may require a delay or denial of service.

• *****If you are planning getting pregnant or are pregnant please make us aware of this. You will need a medical note from your OB/GYN to receive facials or purchase skin care products*****

• If you need to speak to me and I am unavailable or with a client, please leave a message with your name and number so we can get back to you as soon as possible.

• I cannot accommodate guests while in the treatment room.

• All series require a 50% scheduling fee on the day we schedule your appointments and all packages are to be paid in full on the day of your first session.

• The series must be completed in the recommended time for optimal results. If the series is not completed you can not be refunded for the series and may be charged the difference of the discounted package. This will be charged to the credit card on file.

• All services are for beautification purposes only and no medical claims are being made. Individual results will vary.

• Due to health regulations, Skincare products cannot be returned. 

• There are no refunds on services rendered or sharing sessions with another person.

• There are no refunds on electronic gift certificates or gift certificates and can not be redeemed for cash back on unused portions.

• When using a credit card or debit card there is a 3.5% processing fee added to you're transaction
